Our services provided include, but are not limited to, the following:
Broken Plaster (pop-offs): Cavities or voids beneath a pool’s plastered surface. This can occur as a result of plaster delamination whereby the top layer separates from the layer beneath. This often results in holes with very sharp edges which can be hazardous.
Rusted Rebar: The concrete shell of your pool contains steel reinforcement bars called rebars. This is often the case where there are unsightly stains on your pool’s surface. Rusting occurs when chlorine ions and moisture are exposed to your rebars. We can stop the rusting process and refinish any already stained surface.
Cracks: Pool cracks are the most common pool problem. Even the smallest cracks can result in water loss from your pool. We can search for and repair any existing cracks without draining your pool!
Skimmer Replacement: Skimmers hold the debris once it pulls it in from surface water. The problem is that skimmers can often leak. We can replace your skimmer, which requires cutting, removing and replacing part of your concrete deck. In doing so, we ensure that we best match your existing concrete deck.
Mastic: An expansion-joint provides separation between your pool and deck. This is necessary to dissipate the pressure from deck expansion on the back of your pool’s wall caused by thermal conditions (summer heat, in particular). Without an expansion-joint, the wall tile can crack. Mastic plays a vital part in protecting the expansion joint so that it functions optimally.
Tile and Coping: If the expansion-joint (along with the possibility of other factors) has been, or is compromised, there is a good chance that your pool contains broken tile and/or coping stones that are loose, resulting in an unstable surface or an unattractive surface, at the very least. We can solve this problem by replacing your broken or loose tile and/or coping.
Main Drain Replacement & Covers: County Health Inspectors are strong advocates of having the correct main drain protection. An incorrect main drain cover and frame can be extremely life-threatening. We can install main drains and covers that will ensure safety for you and your family.
Hand Rails: Many people avoid using their pool because it is too difficult to enter and exit the water. We can fabricate and install custom handrails to make your pool more accessible to you. Rails can be set into the steps or the bottom of the pool, underwater.
Instep Wall Ladder/Steps/Stairs: Cracked and chipped steps can present a hazard to swimmers. Water soaked feet can be badly cut if plaster steps or plastic instep wall ladders are jagged or sharp. Our replacement techniques allow you to avoid this danger and any injuries.
Leak Detection & Repair: A leak can be as small as a strand of hair, yet cause a pool to lose gallons of water. Through our innovative techniques, we scan the entirety of the pool and offer different options (based on your budget) on how to fix these leaks.
Light Replacement: Don’t drain your pool just to replace that pool light! Let our divers replace it for you!
