These are a few of the most common problems we address and repair with excellent results:

BROKEN PLASTER - If you see or feel holes with hazardous sharp edges on the surface of your pool, the cavities below the pools surface have been exposed causing the top layer of plaster to separate from the layer below it.

RUSTED REBAR -  If you see ugly stains on the surface, the steel reinforcement bars contained within the shell of the pool have begun to rust.

LEAKS - If the water in your pool is decreasing in volume more rapidly than what is typically caused by atmospheric conditions, you may have a leak which, could be a result of a/some crack(s).

TILE AND COPING ISSUES - If you have tile that is loose or broken it is often a result of a compromised expansion joint (mastic) allowing for too much expansion of the pool wall.

MASTIC REPAIR - Mastic is the very important expansion joint that provides the flexible seperation between your pool and the deck. It's function is to dissipate pressure from deck expansion on the back of the pool wall caused by thermal conditions.
